Q: The questionnaire doesn’t load fully onto my screen and I can’t scroll down. What do I need to do?
A: It’s possible that you’re using an old web browser. The questionnaire doesn’t work in Internet Explorer 8. If this is the case, update your internet explorer or use another browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

Q: Where can I find my username and password?
A: Every family received four letters, one for the mother, father, child and teacher. In each letter you will find two codes called ‘username’ and ‘password’. Fill these into the appropriate fields online and then click ‘login’ to begin the questionnaire.

Q: What do I need to do if I lose my login details?
A: You can contact us at the e-mail address or phone number above. We will send you your login details again.

Q: I’ve received a message: ’Error: unknown user’. What do I do?
A: Check first that you entered the correct username and password. Is this the case? Then check if you are on the correct website. If you are an adult please click here and for children please click here. If you still cannot login, please contact us at via the e-mail or phone number shown above.

Q: Is it a problem if I use my child’s login details?
A: It is important that you use the login details that were specified for you in your letter. If you don’t do this, you will open a questionnaire that is not intended for you to fill in. Have you lost your your login details? Then contact us at the e-mail or phone number above.
